  • 摘要: 铁水联运作为一种快速、节省的运输方式,给铁路货运作业在港口的发展带来机遇。基于打通铁路和港口数据通道来发展铁水联运的目的,通过采用电子数据交换(EDI)报文处理技术,在行业级、省级到地市级数据平台上进行数据传输和处理,同时结合铁路现有信息系统的结构和功能,分别从TMIS、货运电子商务系统等中抽取订制了多种数据报文类型,以满足铁路部门和港口的数据需求,最终将铁路平台数据靶向提供给港口终端用户利用,在实现数据交换的基础上促进了铁水联运的发展。

     

    Abstract: As a fast and economical mode of transport, the railway-river combined transport can bring chances to develop the railway freight transport in the port. Based on the aim to open data channel of railway and port, develop railway-river combined transport, through using EDI message processing technology, the data was transmitted and processed on the data platform in the industry level, provincial level to municipal level, at the same time, combined with the structure and function of railway existing information systems, multiple types of data message were extracted an ordered respectively from TMIS, freight electronic commerce system to meet the data needs of railway departments and ports, provide railway platform data for the target to the terminal user of the port, promote the development of the railway-river combined transport based on the implementation of data exchange.
