Abstract: According to the characteristics of large scale, high value and sophisticated management for the railway enterprise, based on the comprehensive analysis of the information cost and competitive advantage, this article researched on the construction scheme of Enterprise Assets Management System of intelligent railway, elaborated the characteristics and association of “asset content instrumentation, resource virtualization, capacity as a service, business collaborated, intelligent decision-making” in the process of whole life cycle asset management. A classic case for the construction of Enterprise Assets Management System of intelligent railway was given.
