Abstract: To implement information based management and share a large number of real-time data of crew dispatching in Urban Transit, improve the efficiency of operation management for Urban Transit, the C/S structure based Crew Dispatching Management System was developed. This article introduced the function, structure and operation procedure of the System, the function, as well as the implementation method and technique of its main function modular.
