Abstract: This paper relied on Railway Passenger Transportation Management System, developed online browsing documentation module, and introduced module design of the server access, structure design of database table, user permissions design and safety design. This paper described the implementation steps and process of the module, through .net platform, front-end using Ajax technology, EasyUI framework, callingf FlexPaper components to browse Flash document of SWF format in page without refreshing and achieve the purpose of being viewed online documentation. The back-end called DCOM components to convert the office documents to PDF format documents, used pdf2SWF tools to convert the PDF format document to SWF format documents, combined with sql server to save the data. The development of the module implemented the railway department "regulations telegrams" data electronic management.
