Abstract: Property management and allocation were important components for railway transport enterprise. Based on the demand of property management, the article designed a 3-level network module within property department, construction department and operation depot, established the Property Management Information System including information collection, maintenance, retrieval, supervision, analytic statistics and employee residence allocation management with the internet technology. It was a necessary technology for the Property Management Information System in railway transport enterprise.
