Abstract: E-business of railway freight transportation system was an important construction project of railway information system. This article analyzed the main six risks in the project, evaluated them qualitatively and quantitatively, offered feasible ways to avoid them. As a necessary means, risk analysis played an important role in providing references for project management and ensuring the success of the whole project.
