城市轨道交通信号系统项目需求管理方案研究

Project requirement management for Signaling Systems of Urban Transit

摘要: 需求管理是城轨信号系统项目能够按要求顺利实施的保障。由于信号系统项目的复杂性,需求管理一直是项目实施过程中的难题。本文结合信号系统项目的特点,提出一种基于平台研发的需求管理方案。

Abstract: Requirement management was the key to implement the Urban Transit Signaling System successfully. Requirement management was difficult in the process of project implementation because of the complexity of the Signaling System. This paper proposed a scheme which was based on the universal platform and characteristics of the signaling project.
