基于逆向工程技术的列车零部件模型重建方法研究

Train parts model reconstruction method based on reverse engineering

  • 摘要: 本文主要针对基于逆向工程技术的列车零部件模型重建的基本流程和实现方法进行论述。明确了列车零部件逆向重建的基本工作流程;根据列车零部件逆向重建工程特点确定采用的软硬件工具,并对列车零部件曲面重建主要工作过程和利用Catia V5R19具体实现方法进行重点论述,给出一些项目实施过程参考性意见,为逆向工程技术在其他相关行业应用提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper mainly focused on the basic process and implementation approach of train parts model reconstruction, and demonstrated the basic working process of the reverse reconstruction of train parts. It was chose hardware and software tools according to the characteristics of the train parts reverse reconstruction, described the main process of train parts surface reconstruction and concrete realization with Catia V5R19. This paper also put forward some suggestions for the project implementation process, supplied reference opinions for the reverse engineering technology and other related industries.
