摘要: 分析桌面虚拟化技术的发展和相对传统模式的优势,结合铁路客服中心的现状和工作特点,对桌面虚拟化技术应用于铁路客服中心的可行性和方案进行探讨。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the development of desktop virtualization technology and its advantages compared to the traditional model. Combined with the current situation and work characteristics of railway customer service center, the feasibility and program of desktop virtualization technology for railway customer service center were discussed.
