Abstract: In the article, the framework of the EMU Running Security Networking Monitoring System was offered and the main function was designed. The System could improve the quality and efficiency of monitoring and overhaul, detect and deal with troubles timely, real-time monitor the status of moving EMU, so as to monitor EMU integrated for each subsystem and make good use of monitoring data in departments at all levels.
