Abstract: This paper introduced the function and pre-distribution strategy for Intelligent Seat Pre-distribution System in detail, discussed new strategy and method, studied on how to simplify the operational process in order to improve the efficiency of seat pre-distribution management. In addition, the paper forecasted the development direction for the System. The result of seat assignment would be more close to the actual passenger flow, increase the benefit of transporting enterprise, improve the passenger’s satisfaction by stage adjustment of pre-distribution strategy.
