Abstract: This article introduced the current condition of the knowledge base of the Ticketing and Reservation System(TRS) and the key words retrieving method(KWRM) technology, researched on that how the knowledge with different types in the knowledge base could be combined with the skills and algorithms of the retrieving effectively to form the corresponding retrieving methods at the same time. These methods could make the retrieving easily, efficiently and exactly in the knowledge base of TRS.
