Key technologies for Railway Passenger Transport Marketing Aided Decision System

  • 摘要: 依据客运营销分析的业务需求,结合客票系统的特点,以总体技术方案为指导,采用新理念、新技术,设计并开发了铁路客运营销辅助决策系统(铁路局级)。文章研究数据源整合、统计算法优化、应用负载均衡和系统功能扩展等关键技术,实现了业务决策的自动化、智能化,有利于提升客运业务分析和决策的效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirement for aided decision-making, combined with the characteristics, guided by the overall technical scheme, Railway Passenger Transport Marketing Aided Decision System(PMDS) was designed and implemented based on Railway Ticketing and Reservation System(TRS). Many new methods and technologies were applied in this System. The technologies, such as data source integration, statistical algorithm optimization, application load balancing, function expansion, were studied in this paper. The methods and technologies were helpful to implement automation and intelligence of decision-making, effectively increase the efficiency of decision-making.
