Abstract: Based on the passenger flow and operation mode of intercity railway of Pearl River Delta Region, the paper firstly analyzed the necessity for issuing the stored value card in the ticketing system, compared three possible issuance plans of the stored value card, and proposed the imagination to issue the stored value card with cooperation of Ningnan Tong Card.
