Abstract: The paper learned from the successful experience in the financial IC Card applications in other industries, combined the operating characteristics of existing high-speed railways with the actual needs of convenient passenger travel, proposed the program that took financial IC Card as a new ticket system and payment method, applied the Card to the Railway Ticketing and Reservation System. The overall architecture of the System, technical solutions, service implementation, security system, key technologies were described. The overall program was partially applied to the Ticketing and Reservation System. The application results showed the rationality of the research results, availability and effectiveness.
