摘要: 设计具有铁路出行特色的互联网订餐平台,利用数据库读写分离技术、大规模并发处理技术、分布式文件存储技术,结合客票系统架构,为铁路出行旅客提供在线预订车厢自营商品和沿途社会餐饮商品的服务。该平台已平稳运营近600天,累计接单300多万张,基本满足了铁路旅客在途用餐需求,解决了铁路出行旅客在途消费受时间、空间限制的难题,提升了旅客出行体验,改善了客运服务质量,为其他客运延伸服务的互联网经营奠定了基础。

Abstract: This article designed an Internet catering booking platform with railway travel characteristics, used databaseread-write separation technology, large-scale concurrent processing technology, distributed file storage technology,combined with the railway passenger ticket and reservation system architecture, to provide online booking of passengercar self-operated goods and social catering booking along the way for railway travelers. The platform had been runningsmoothly for nearly 600 days and had received more than 3 million orders. It basically met the needs of railwaypassengers for meals in use, solved the problem that the consumption of railway passengers was limited by time andspace, enhanced the travel experience of passengers, improved the quality of passenger service, and laid a foundationfor the Internet operation of other extended passenger transport service. -
