摘要: 介绍80C196MC单片机的智能软启动控制器,利用其强大的功能实现对感应电机软启动的高精度控制.通过单片机检测电压、电流的过零点,依此计算出实际功率因数角,并与设定的最佳功率因数角进行比较,及时输出触发脉冲,实时调节电机的电压,达到无冲击启动和节能的目的.试脸证明系统具有优良的性能.
