Architecture design of emergency command system for railway passenger station

  • 摘要: 为提高铁路客运站应急管理信息技术水平,提高铁路客运站和乘客生命财产安全保障能力,需要对应急指挥系统架构进行深入研究。构建覆盖铁路车站人员、设备、环境的一体化监控模式,制定面对突发事件的预案、组织、响应、处置、恢复和评估的一体化管理机制。按照信息化总体架构(EA)方法论设计客运站应急指挥系统,介绍了应急指挥系统的业务体系架构、平台逻辑架构、数据架构和技术架构。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the level of emergency management information technology of railway passengerstations and enhance the safety and security capability of passengers' lives and property, it is necessary to study thearchitecture of emergency command system in depth. It was constructed an integrated monitoring model coveringthe personnel, equipment and environment of railway stations, established an integrated management mechanism forthe planning, organization, response, disposal, recovery and evaluation of emergency events. This article designedthe emergency command system of passenger station according to EA methodology, and introduced the businessarchitecture, platform logic architecture, data architecture and technical architecture of the system.
