基于空间句法的轨道交通线网可达性评价

Accessibility evaluation of rail transit network based on space syntax

  • 摘要: 为了合理评价城市轨道交通线网的可达性,对评价方法和指标选取进行研究。基于空间句法理论和可达性理论,利用Depthmap空间句法分析软件对线网空间特征进行句法变量分析,选用全局整合度、局部整合度、可理解度和空间智能度4个指标对深圳市轨道交通规划线网进行可达性评价。研究结果表明,随着轨道交通线网的不断完善,全局整合度和局部整合度指标提升,可理解度和空间智能度指标下降,城市由都市核心区逐步向多区域、多中心、多组团的方向发展,城市形态结构发展急剧变化,组团间可达性不断增强。

     

    Abstract: In order to make a reasonable evaluation of the accessibility of the urban rail transit network, this paper studied the evaluation method and index selection. Based on the spatial syntax theory and accessibility theory, the paper used Depthmap to analyze the syntactic variables of line network spatial characteristics, and evaluated the accessibility of Shenzhen rail transit planning line network from four indicators of global integration degree, local integration degree, comprehensibility degree and spatial intelligence degree. The results show that with the continuous improvement of the rail network, the global and local integration indicators have increased, the intelligibility and spatial intelligence indicators have decreased, and the city has gradually developed from the urban core area to the direction of multiple regions, multiple centers, and multiple clusters. The urban morphology and structure have developed rapidly, and the accessibility between groups has been continuously enhanced.
