铁路车站调车作业综合安全防护关键技术研究

Key technologies for comprehensive safety protection of railway station shunting operations

  • 摘要: 针对当前铁路车站调车作业信息传递效率低、安全流程标准缺乏、风险预警不足等问题,设计了车站调车作业全过程综合安全防护系统,并研究调车作业综合安全防护关键技术。采用网络通道传递技术实现调车作业通知单的电子化传递,提升信息流通速度,减少人为失误;基于传感与图像识别的卡控校验技术,实现调车作业全流程卡控,确保作业过程的规范性和安全性;基于动态电子围栏技术划定安全区域,监测调车作业人员的位置偏离情况,及时提醒调车作业人员注意安全。上线应用情况表明,该系统可显著提升调车作业的信息传递效率、流程规范性和人员安全性,为铁路运输安全提供更强技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In response to the low efficiency of information transmission, lack of safety process standards, and insufficient risk warning in current railway station shunting operations, this paper designed a comprehensive safety protection system for the entire process of station shunting operations, studied the key technologies for comprehensive safety protection of shunting operations, adopted network channel transmission technology to implement electronic transmission of shunting operation notices, improve information flow speed, and reduce human errors. Based on sensor and image recognition card control verification technology, the paper implemented the full process card control of shunting operation, ensured the standardization and safety of the operation process. Based on dynamic electronic fence technology to delineate safe areas, the paper monitored the deviation of shunting operators' positions and promptly reminded them to pay attention to safety. The online application situation shows that the system can significantly improve the information transmission efficiency, process standardization, and personnel safety of shunting operations, provide stronger technical support for railway transportation safety.
