Abstract: With the development of information technology, a new generation of railway transportation dispatching system has emerged. This paper introduced the construction principles and "1+3+N" application system of China's railway transportation dispatching and command platform, and proposed implementation strategies to strengthen data centralization, business centralization, public services, as well as inheritance and development, and step-by-step implementation. It elaborated on the specific practical content of this command platform, including building a platform portal, creating a data middle platform, and building a business middle platform, and developing passenger dispatching applications, etc., pointed out the relevant inspirations for the construction of the command platform. The research results are of great significance for the high-quality development of railway transportation dispatching and command.
