新一代铁路信息系统运维服务平台设计

Design of new generation operation and maintenance service platform for railway information system

  • 摘要: 中国国家铁路集团有限公司(简称:国铁集团)采用统一技术架构和标准,构建起基于云边结合的铁路行业云。国铁集团级数据中心采用多地多中心总体布局,各铁路局建成运行中心以及站段边缘节点,优化整合既有信息系统,将大多数信息系统迁移至国铁集团数据中心和铁路局运行中心,实现铁路信息基础设施资源的集中管理和整合应用。另一方面,铁路信息网络架构与网络资源布局进一步优化,统一了网络安全机制,实现网络空间安全资源共享。为了适应铁路信息系统新的技术架构和发展格局,在完善一体化运维体系的同时,重构新一代铁路信息系统运维服务平台,统管和集成各种运维工具,整合既有运维服务平台,统一告警信息渠道,通过完善基础服务支撑能力和上层应用,强化信息资源集中管理与优化配置,支撑运维流程标准化管理,为资源运行实时监测、运维操作自动化管理、应急处置联动等提供高效、便利的技术手段,积极推进铁路信息系统运维工作从分散、被动的传统运维向集中主动的智能运维转型,进一步提升运维业务整体服务水平。

     

    Abstract: China Railway Group Co., Ltd.adopts a unified technical architecture and standards to build railway enterprise clouds based on cloud edge integration.The China Railway Group adopts multi data centers dispersed at multi locations while railway bureaus build their own operation centers and station edge nodes. Most of existing information systems are migrated to the China Railway Group's data centers and the railway bureausoperation centers in hope of achieving centralized management and integrated application of railway information infrastructure resources. Meanwhile, the railway information network architecture and network resource layout have been further optimized, unifying the network security mechanism, realizing the sharing of network space security resources. To adapt to those new technological innovations of railway information systems, a new generation of operation and maintenance service platform for railway information system is reconstructing. In addition to unified management and integration of various operation and maintenance tools, integration of existing operation and maintenance service platforms, and unified alarm information channels, the basic service support capabilities and upper layer applications are improved to strengthen the centralized management and optimized allocation of information resources and to support the standardized management of operation and maintenance processes. Efficient and convenient technical means are provided for real-time monitoring of resource operation, automated management of operation and maintenance operations, and collaborative emergency response, actively promoting the transformation of operation and maintenance work from decentralized and passive traditional operation and maintenance to centralized and proactive intelligent operation and maintenance.
