面向数据安全流通的铁路隐私计算方案研究

Railway privacy computing solution for data security circulation

  • 摘要: 为保护铁路核心、重要、个人隐私等数据的安全流通,促进铁路数据在内部及外部应用中的价值发挥,文章分析了隐私计算技术和铁路数据安全共享流通的需求与挑战,提出了适应铁路系统内部和外部数据共享、面向数据安全流通的铁路隐私计算模式,设计了基于铁路数据服务平台的铁路数据流通隐私计算系统架构,并以隐私计算应用场景——高速铁路沿线风险监测为例介绍其应用流程。该方案可在保护数据隐私的前提下,实现数据的安全共享与要素流通,提升数据价值和利用率,为铁路行业的数据分析和辅助决策提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to protect the secure circulation of core, important, and personal privacy data of railways, and promote the value of railway data in internal and external applications, this paper analyzed the needs and challenges of privacy computing technology and secure sharing and circulation of railway data, proposed a privacy computing solution that adapted to the sharing of internal and external data in the railway system and was oriented towards railway data security circulation, designed a railway data circulation privacy computing system architecture based on the railway data service platform, and took the privacy computing application scenario - risk monitoring along high-speed railways as an example to introduce its application process. This solution can implement secure data sharing and element circulation on the premise of protecting data privacy, enhance data value and utilization, and provide support for data analysis and decision-making in the railway industry.
