Abstract:
The Trouble of moving Freight car Detection System (hereinafter referred to as TFDS) is an important technical equipment to ensure the safe operation of railway freight cars. To adapt to the management reform of centralizing TFDS inspection workplaces, the TFDS centralized inspection system (referred to as the TFDS inspection platform) collects detection data from multiple track-side TFDS detectors and achieves unified allocation of dynamic inspection tasks and closed-loop management of the inspection operation process. With the increasing workload of TFDS dynamic inspection operations, it is urgent to strengthen the quality assessment of dynamic car inspection operations, improve the ability of the inspectors to identify car faults, and ensure the safe operation of trucks and meet the needs of freight loading. This article aims to address the shortcomings of the TFDS inspection platform in its application, fully utilize the TFDS truck image data of the platform, and develop a TFDS truck image data application system to meet the needs of quality evaluation of dynamic inspection operation as well as training and examination of inspection personnel, which will help improve the quality and efficiency of TFDS centralized inspection operations.
