Abstract:
To address the issues of low efficiency and outdated management in the supply of maintenance materials for high-speed trains, this paper developed an integrated management system for the storage and distribution of maintenance materials for EMU. Focused on the two core links of warehousing and distribution in the supply of maintenance materials, through key technologies such as microservice architecture and visual management, the paper built a perceptible, traceable, and scalable integrated management system to implement online processing of core businesses such as planning, procurement, storage, distribution, use, and waste reporting. The application shows that the system has improved the management level and operational efficiency of the supply of maintenance materials for EMU, provides technical support for the full life cycle management of railway maintenance materials.
