高速铁路国产超声波测风仪凝冻检测与加热装置设计

Design of freezing detection and heating device of domestic ultrasonic anemometer for high speed railway

  • 摘要: 高速铁路自然灾害及异物侵限监测系统中既有的进口超声波测风仪在运用中存在凝冻天气下功能失效的情况。研制了抗凝冻、采用测风与加热功能一体化设计的国产化超声波测风仪,以替代进口。文章基于超声波凝冻检测原理及国产超声波测风仪主体结构设计,提出超声波测风仪凝冻检测与加热装置设计;该装置采用双判据加热控制逻辑启动加热组件工作,加热组件置于测风仪内部、与测风探头内部构件紧密贴合,具有较高加热效率。在长白山天池气象站的外场试验表明:当凝冻发生时,凝冻检测与加热装置能对测风仪关键部位进行加热,有效防止测风功能失效。同时,通过凝冻条件下对比测试,发现无凝冻检测与加热功能的测风仪与带凝冻检测与加热功能的超声测风仪所采集的测风数据存在较大偏差。后续将开展深入研究,查明误差根源后改进其设计。

     

    Abstract: The existing imported ultrasonic anemometers in the natural disasters and foreign object intrusion monitoring system for high-speed railway may experience functional failure during freezing weather. A domestic ultrasonic anemometer with anti freezing function and integrated design of wind measurement and heating function has been developed to replace the imported anemometer. Based on the principle of ultrasonic freezing detection and the main structure design of domestic ultrasonic anemometers, this article proposes the design of ultrasonic anemometer freezing detection and heating device, which adopts a dual criterion heating control logic to start the heating components and has high heating efficiency by setting the heating component inside the anemometer and closely adhering to the internal components of the anemometer probe. Field tests were conducted at the Tianchi Meteorological Station in Changbai Mountain and the results showed that during freezing weather, the freezing detection and heating device can heat the key parts of the ultrasonic anemometer, effectively preventing its wind measurement from failing. Meanwhile, through comparative testing under freezing conditions, it was found that there was a significant deviation in wind measurement data collected by the anemometer without freezing detection and heating and the anemometers with freezing detection and heating. Next, in-depth research will be conducted to identify the root causes of wind measurement data errors to furter improve its design.
