Abstract:
During the construction of heavy-haul railways, the large number and wide distribution of workers, as well as frequent interaction between personnel and vehicles, cause significant risks to construction safety management. This paper designed a full interlocking protection system for human-vehicle-ground in heavy-haul railway, and elaborated on its architecture and functions. This system can provide high-precision positioning for construction site workers and interval locomotives, comprehensively analyze various types of data obtained, and implement real-time display of human vehicle positioning status information, locomotive approaching personnel warning, and construction behavior analysis warning. The operation of the Shuohuang Railway Yuanping Branch shows that the system can effectively enhance the safety protection and risk control capabilities of heavy-duty railway construction.
