道岔工电结合部主动运维系统设计与实现

Active operation and maintenance system for turnout of track and communication and signaling combined section

  • 摘要: 针对道岔工电结合部设备维护的难点和管理的薄弱环节,设计并研发了道岔工电结合部主动运营维护(简称:运维)系统,阐述了系统架构和关键技术,实现了检测监测数据归集、设备状态评价和作业验收等功能。现场实际试用情况表明,该系统可打通工务、电务专业在结合部设备管理中的信息孤岛,实现多专业运维管理过程中的相互协调,主动推送设备维修作业方案,辅助设备管理部门优化生产组织,提高道岔工电结合部设备维修质量和效率。

     

    Abstract: In response to the difficulties and weak links in equipment maintenance and management of the turnout of track and communication and signaling combined section, this paper designed and developed an active operation and maintenance system for the turnout of track and communication and signaling combined section, elaborated on the system architecture and key technologies, and implemented functions such as collecting detection and monitoring data, evaluating equipment status, and verifying operation. The actual on-site trial situation shows that the system can break through the information silos of track department and communication and signaling department in the equipment management of the combined section, implement mutual coordination in the operation and maintenance management process of multiple specialties, actively push equipment maintenance operation plans, assist the equipment management department in optimizing production organization, and improve the quality and efficiency of equipment maintenance in the turnout of track and communication and signaling combined section.
