Abstract: The research on the overall coordination mechanism of network security management and monitoring methods was still in its early stages. The work sorting, monitoring methods, detection tools, and other aspects of network security management lacked systematic, standardized, and procedural management measures, as well as the ability to actively defend. Therefor, this paper developed a comprehensive, three-dimensional, closed-loop network security risk monitoring and early warning system. The system has been piloted and operated in multiple railway administration group companies. Through the coordination and linkage mechanism between the upper and lower levels, it can timely discover and solve problems in railway network security, effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of railway infrastructure.
