雅万高铁动车组车载数据实时传输关键技术及应用研究

Key technologies and applications of on-board data real time transmission for Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway EMUs

  • 摘要: 针对雅加达—万隆高速铁路(简称:雅万高铁)的车载数据尚未实现实时传输和应用,不利于开展动车组故障诊断及分析的情况,文章基于KCIC400AF型动车组车载无线传输装置的工作原理,设计了车载数据实时传输架构。通过采用车地无线传输安全机制、分布式大数据实时处理和分级多维监控等关键技术,实现动车组车载数据的实时传输,满足安全性与可靠性要求;根据动车组运用维修业务场景,分析车载数据在实时监控与故障处置、参数关联与运营维护决策等方面的应用,提高雅万高铁运营安全保障能力。

     

    Abstract: In response to the lack of real-time transmission and application of on-board data for the Jakarta-Bandung high speed-railway which was not conducive to the diagnosis and analysis of Electric Multiple Units (EMUs), this paper was based on the working principle of the KCIC400AFEMUs onboard wireless transmission device, designed an on-board data real-time transmission architecture. The paper adopted key technologies such as wireless transmission security mechanism between vehicle and ground, real-time processing of distributed big data, and hierarchical multi-dimensional monitoring to implement on-board data real-time transmission for EMUs, meet the requirements of safety and reliability; Based on the repair business scenarios of EMUs, the paper analyzed the application of on-board data in real-time monitoring and fault handling, parameter correlation and operation and maintenance decision-making, and improved the operational safety guarantee capability of the Jakarta-Bandung high speed-railway.
