Abstract:
In order to improve the efficiency and disposal capacity of emergency response for typhoon and flood prevention in coastal urban rail transit, this paper designed a digital system for subway typhoon and flood prevention, and constructed six scenario control cabins including overview, resource reserves, hydrology and meteorology, personnel on duty, personnel evacuation, and emergency response. These control cabins played a role in early warning, intelligent decision-making, and emergency coordination throughout the entire emergency response process. The paper utilized key technologies such as Geographic Information System (GIS), Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital twins, artificial intelligence, and deep learning to integrate spatiotemporal data from all regions and elements, built a digital twin foundation, and broke down data barriers. The paper also introduced an emergency data analysis and predictive analysis algorithm engine to provide evidence for analysis and judgment. The pilot application at some stations of Ningbo Rail Transit has shown that the system helps to improve emergency response speed and collaborative practical capabilities.
