Abstract: In response to the problems of resource waste and low efficiency in organizing railway enterprise conferences under the current management mode, this paper designed a paperless conference system for the whole process of railway enterprises. The paper used encryption algorithms, natural language processing and other technologies to implement digital and intelligent management of conference materials, processes, etc., improving work efficiency and conference quality.
