Abstract:
Focused on the requirements of railway integrated video partitioning and forwarding service, this paper designed and implemented a railway integrated video partitioning and forwarding middleware. The paper elaborated on the overall architecture, technical architecture, functional architecture, key technologies as well as functions of real-time monitoring, pan tilt control, historical playback, and business alarms of the middleware. This middleware has been put into operation on the railway line safety environment management platform and has been tested on national railways. The trial results show that the middleware can provide high-performance and large-scale video data management services, implement video resource integration and sharing, standardize and unify video transmission methods, centrally integrate video data from multiple lines, improve network transmission efficiency and bandwidth utilization, and has promotional value.
