Abstract:
To solve the problems in the current advanced maintenance process management of Electric Multiple Units (EMUs), based on the construction logic of Bill of Materials (BOM) and process BOM, as well as the practical needs of standardization, parameterization, and structuring of process basic data, this paper integrated the mapping method of process BOM and process flow, adopted the development architecture of SpringBoot+VUE front-end and back-end separation, and designed a digital management system for advanced maintenance process. This system implemented the unification of advanced repair process specification and optimization of the preparation process, could automatically generate process flow charts and Gantt charts and transmit accurate specification data to the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). It has been applied in the bogie workshop of Shanghai EMUs Depot of China Railway Shanghai Group Co. Ltd. and met the needs of digital process management and auxiliary digital production.
