Abstract:
To solve the problems of outdated record keeping methods for large rail components of turnouts, inability of on-site operators to quickly grasp equipment information, and insufficient reuse of spare parts, this paper designed and implemented a full lifecycle management information system for large rail components of turnouts. The system optimized the entire lifecycle management process of large rail components of turnout, accurately and in real-time controlled the service status of large rail components of turnouts, adopted a combination of Web and handheld terminal Apps to strengthen production process mamagement and control, ensured the timeliness of information acquisition and update of large rail components of turnouts. It has been piloted and applied in a certain engineering section, and has achieved good trial results, verified the practical significance of the system for information based management of large rail components of turnouts.
