Abstract:
To meet the business improvement needs of railway passenger services, this paper analyzed the existing independently deployed and applied railway passenger service system, integrated system business processes and data structures, proposed an optimization plan for the existing travel service system based on the dual active data architecture, and optimized its functions. The paper studied the universal broadcasting equipment controller, guidance equipment controller, and ticket checking subsystem interface machine to meet the needs of equipment status monitoring and data synchronization. At present, the optimized passenger service system has been deployed and applied at four passenger transport stations on the Jakarta - Bandung high-speed railway. The system is easy to deploy, has strong universality and maintainability, reduces operating and maintenance costs, and provides passengers with more convenient and efficient services.
