Abstract:
In order to meet the safety and reliability requirements of maintenance support for the service cycle of rail transit equipment, this paper designed and implemented a rail transit equipment Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul/Operation (MRO) system oriented to the service cycle management. The paper provided the overall architecture and technical framework of the system which integrated technologies such as Bill of Materials (BOM) based service cycle data integration, designed four functional modules including configuration management, service management, maintenance management, and material management to implement the service cycle management of rail transit equipment that runs through the main line of on-site service and maintenance business. The system has been applied on-site at Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co. Ltd. The application result shows that the system can effectively improve the equipment service cycle management and technical service capabilities, and strongly support the digital transformation of enterprise services.
