Abstract: The Bill of Materials (BOM) for the operation and maintenance of EMUs is the foundation of information management for operation and maintenance of EMUs, and is a prerequisite for carrying out health management of EMUs. On the basis of studying the application requirements of BOM for the operation and maintenance of EMUs, this paper proposed a design, compilation, and change management method of BOM for the operation and maintenance of EMUs, introduced the application of the BOM in auxiliary maintenance operations, data concatenation, information collection, and other maintenance management businesses for EMUs. This provides a reference for the preparation of the BOM for the operation and maintenance of full spectrum EMUs.
