Abstract:
In order to effectively manage and control the safety risks of urban rail transit operations and ensure operational safety, this paper proposed the construction concept of a risk management and control system for urban rail transit operation based on the fusion of risk database, operation regulations and emergency plan database and event case databases (referred to as the three databases). The paper introduced the overall architecture and functions of the system, as well as the key technologies for achieving the fusion of the three databases, and in order to implement integrated management of risks, operational regulations, emergency plans, and event cases, support multi-business and multi-position collaboration, and enhance the risk control capabilities of operational units.
