Abstract: To explore the potential information of data and assist in the management, decision-making, and innovation of overseas railway business, this paper designed the intelligent decision-making support service platform of China-Laos Railway. The platform has multi-dimensional professional railway transportation operation decision-making services, infrastructure operation and maintenance decision-making services, equipment and facility disease decision-making services, asset management decision-making services, and indicator service analysis functions. The actual application effect in China-Laos Railway shows that the platform comprehensively gathers the real-time data of the management and operation of the China-Laos Railway, implements multi-dimensional professional railway data analysis and intelligent early warning, and provides a strong support for the operation and management of the China-Laos Railway.
