Abstract: The ability to dispatch and command railway transportation directly affects the level of railway passenger and freight services. In the new era and context, higher requirements were put forward for railway transportation dispatching and command, and it was urgent to build a new generation of China railway transportation dispatching and command platform. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of railway dispatching systems at home and abroad, this paper proposed the overall architecture of China railway transportation dispatching and command platform. The paper focused on three integrations, namely safety card control integration, plan preparation integration, and efficiency benefit analysis integration to carry out functional design, refined key technologies for platform construction and proposed an implementation path of data centralization, application centralization, and integrated improvement to promote platform construction. The research results have important reference value for better promoting the high-quality development of railway transportation dispatching and command, implementing modernization of railway dispatching.
