Abstract:
The turn-back capability of urban rail transit trains is closely related to the transportation capacity of urban rail transit lines. Through the simulation system of train turn-back capability, the influence of traction characteristics, line conditions, and dwell time on train turn-back capability can be tested, which can provide effective assistance for researching and improving turn-back capability. This paper introduced the design and implementation process of a simulation system for the turn-back capability of urban rail transit trains. Taking into account factors such as train traction calculation, equipment model selection, and line conditions, the system implemented the calculation and simulation of the speed curve and turn-back time during the train turn-back process. The paper took a certain turn back station of Zhengzhou Rail Transit as an example to verify the functionality and technical feasibility of the system. The verification results are basically in line with the actual situation in China, and the system can serve as an auxiliary tool for the work related to the turn back capacity of urban rail transit trains.
