Abstract:
To address the lack of unified management of railway luggage and parcel information, this paper designed and developed a railway luggage and parcel management information system. The paper revolved around railway luggage, small item express, high-speed rail express and other businesses. Through key technologies such as intelligent analysis, document circulation, and electronic signature, it met customer business processing and information service needs, implemented electronization of business bills and documents, multi-channel access of customer service, and reasonable planning of luggage and parcel transportation solutions. The system has currently been put into trial operation in a certain railway express company and its affiliated business outlets, which improves the service level and operational efficiency of the enterprise, and provides technical support for the comprehensive electronization of railway parcel express business.
