郑济高铁黄河特大桥基于BIM的数字化应用

  • 摘要: 为提升桥梁全生命周期建造水平,开展郑州—济南高速铁路(简称:郑济高铁)黄河特大桥基于BIM(Building Information Modeling)的数字化应用研究。从设计端确定BIM设计及施工应用标准,建立整体结构LOD350精度BIM模型,开展设计出图及技术交底等应用。从施工端承接设计端BIM模型,开展深化设计及施工仿真等应用。基于BIM+地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)技术实现三维可视化的施工进度及安全质量管理,为项目开展及管理提供信息化支撑。通过信息技术与施工现场管理的深度融合,建设数字工地,助力施工管理方式全面升级。基于郑济高铁BIM项目的应用实践,形成了涵盖总体策划、标准制定、BIM应用、项目综合管理的全过程数字化技术路线,可为同类土建工程建设项目的数字化综合应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the construction level of the entire life cycle of bridges, this paper carried out digital application research based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the Yellow River grand bridge of Zhengzhou-Jinan high speed railway, determined BIM design and construction application standards from the design side, established an overall structure LOD350 precision BIM model, carried out applications such as design drawing and technical disclosure, undertook BIM models from the construction end to the design end, and carried out in-depth design and construction simulation applications. Based on BIM+Geographic Information System (GIS) technology, the paper implemented three-dimensional visualization of construction progress and safety quality management, provided information support for project implementation and management, deeply integrated information technology with construction site management to build a digital construction site and assist in the comprehensive upgrading of construction management methods. Through the application practice of the Zhengzhou-Jinan high-speed railway BIM project, a full process digital technology route covering overall planning, standard formulation, BIM application and project comprehensive management has been formed, which can provide reference for the digital comprehensive application of similar civil engineering construction projects.
