Abstract: In order to prevent the risk of railway fund payment and improve the level of fund management, with the analysis of existing fund settlement business needs, this paper proposed a railway finance and accounting informatization construction plan based on host-to-host between banks and enterprises, studied the business process, fund settlement system functions, and the design of bank enterprise direct connection interfaces, combined with technologies such as workflow, secure encrypted transmission, and distributed scheduling to implement organic integration and smooth docking between the railway finance and accounting fund settlement system and the banking system, effectively improved the efficiency of fund settlement work and preventing fund settlement risks. The practice has shown that this study has achieved planned monitoring of the funds in various accounts of railway enterprises, which can reflect the changes in the account funds of the account opening unit in real time, facilitate the comprehensive management of funds by the fund clearing center, and provide support for improving the level of railway financial and accounting information construction.
