Abstract: Based on digital twin technology, this paper constructed a monitoring system of shunting operation in coal mine enterprises. Through real-time shunting data collection, based on map matching technology, visualization technology, illegal decision-making and automatic control technology, the paper implemented intelligent monitoring, alarm and remote control of the whole process of shunting operation. The application results show that the system can carry out high-precision real-time monitoring on the shunting operation of coal mining enterprises, effectively reduce the daily illegal operation behavior, eliminate the safety hazards caused by illegal operation, and improve the safety level of shunting operation.
