基于BIM的地铁施工进度管理方案研究与应用

Metro construction schedule management scheme based on BIM

  • 摘要: 针对传统地铁施工进度管理方式下数据间协同效率低、缺乏形象化表达等问题,将建筑信息模型(BIM,Building Information Modeling)技术与地铁工程分部分项相结合,提出了基于BIM的地铁工程施工进度管理方案。通过建立地铁施工的工程分解结构(EBS,Engineering Breakdown Structure)标准,构建BIM与分部分项的映射关系;施工点根据工序完成量填报施工进度并制定施工计划,自动生成施工报表,得到进度统计数据。在广州地铁十一号线施工总承包项目中的应用表明,该方案对线路级综合进度管理作用明显,实现了施工计划及施工过程的自动化、规范化管控和精细化管理,有效提高了施工进度管理水平和管理效率。

     

    Abstract: In view of the low efficiency of data collaboration and the lack of visual expression under the traditional subway construction schedule management mode, this paper combineed the Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology with the metro project sub-project, and proposed a construction schedule management scheme based on BIM. By establishing the Engineering Breakdown Structure(EBS) standard for subway construction, the paper constructed the mapping relationship between BIM and sub-items. The construction site filled in the construction progress and made the construction plan according to the process completion, automatically generated the construction report, and obtained the progress statistical data. The application in the general contracting project of Guangzhou Metro Line 11 shows that the scheme has an obvious effect on the comprehensive progress management at the line level, realizes the automation, standardized control and refined management of the construction plan and construction process, and effectively improves the construction progress management level and management efficiency.
