数字化转型下铁路客运营销辅助决策系统优化研究

Optimization of railway passenger transport marketing assistant decision-making system under digital transformation

  • 摘要: 针对中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司(简称:郑州局集团公司)客运营销辅助决策系统(简称:营销系统)在数字化转型过程中存在的问题,从系统结构、数据复制、报表服务、终端接入等方面提出了技术优化方案,并从运营指标分析、客流预测、售票策略监控预警、列车效益评估、数据可视化方面提出了业务功能提升的优化措施。优化后的系统已在郑州局集团公司取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the digital transformation process of the passenger transport marketing assistant decision-making system of China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co. Ltd., this paper proposed a technical optimization scheme from the aspects of system structure, data replication, report service, terminal access, etc., and put forward optimization measures to improve business functions from the aspects of operation index analysis, passenger flow prediction, ticket selling strategy monitoring and early warning, train benefit evaluation, and data visualization. The optimized system has achieved good application effect.
