Abstract: In view of the complicated train routing and complicated crew management business of urban/suburban railway, this paper comprehensively combed the business needs of crew management of urban/suburban railway, designed a crew management system suitable for urban/suburban railway, and introduced the business architecture, functional architecture and hardware architecture of the system. This system had functions such as automatic preparation of crew plan, card control of attendance and departure process, and diversified driver training. And it was successfully put into use in Jinyidong Urban Railway.
