Abstract: In view of the problems that the current railway passenger transport clearing took a monthly cycle, which made it difficult for the frequency of clearing to meet the needs of transport production, and the basic information collection of clearing lagged behind, resulting in excessive clearing adjustment, this paper designed the railway passenger transport pre-clearing system, and introduced its data composition, data flow design, functional architecture design and various specific functions. It aims to enrich transportation clearing products and promote the upgrading of technology and services of clearing business.
